This picture was taken near my house in an abandoned barn, that is very old. These pictures were taken during the day time and it was very hard to get the right lighting. I really like this building because it is very cool to look at and me and my friends used to go here a lot. If I were to take these again I would wait until the sun wasn't so bright because it shines through the holes and distorts the image. Creating the blueprint was hard, as it was my first one and the detail on the building didn't show up very well.
These pictures were taken in Lansing, when I went with my family this weekend. I took these midday, and the weather was nice. The clouds added to the picture, and made them look cooler. I took the pictures on an angle to make the building appear a lot taller that it was, and the wind made the flag blow and stand out. I edited the pictures to make it more colorful, as it was a pretty cloudy day and so the pictures appeared dull. The blueprint for this one turned out better, but the windows don't make for a very interesting one. However, the colors are better and you are able to see a lot of detail. I like that there is more than one building in the photo, so that it doesn't look like a checkered table, and looks more like a blueprint.
This picture was also taken in Lansing. I really liked the detailing on the building and the doorway. I took the second and third photos on a angle also, to make the building look very tall. I like the clouds in the second picture, because they are dark and makes the picture look cool. The blueprint in the third one looks more like a blueprint, but the angle makes it kind of hard to understand. I don't like that there are posters on the door, because it makes the building lose authenticity.
This building is my favorite. I like the detail on the windows, and the color. This picture was also taken in Lansing. I really like the blueprint for this one, it looks like a house and there is a lot of detail. The design of this building makes it a very interesting building to take a picture of. I really like that the building has levels, and that the first level is brick, and then it changes as it goes up. The edging on each level creates depth and makes the image appear 3D. The lighting in the image is good, and you cannot tell that it was cloudy outside at all.
This building was taken in a walkway in Lansing. The edging of the windows makes the picture appear more abstract, and more interesting to look at. I especially like the color of the building, and that the sky was blue by this time. If I were to take these images again, I would take it when there was no condensation on the window, as it makes the image appear blurry. I edited these pictures to try and lessen the condensation, and make the colors appear more vibrant. I like the blueprint of this one, as it is very simple, and looks a lot like a section of a blueprint.
